SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders. Once shipped expect an average of 3-7 business days for delivery.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from USPS to monitor your shipment's progress.

​​RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, sale items, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

Condition Requirements:

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.

 

Return Process

Submit a Return Request:

Email info@standardthreads.shop with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Approval and Instructions:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Availability:

Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacements. To initiate an exchange, email info@standardthreads.shop with your order details.

Exchange Process:

Follow the same steps as returns. Once your returned item is received, your exchange item will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Report Issues:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at standardthreadstest@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.

Resolution:

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

 

Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@standardthreads.shop.

After Shipping:

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
